The energy that is created by this belief is an energy that supports victimhood and worthlessness This is why it is so important to stop, breathe, meditate and make a conscious choice about moving in an energy of loving-kindness and a knowledge of self worth. Meditation is an excellent way to achieve this re-focus. When you are aligned with the Universe and open to its gifts, you begin to understand that the real power in life is the power you access in the center of your own wheel.
One of the gifts of loving alignment is the energy you carry in the field of attraction. In other words, the energy you are carrying with you is the energy that attracts. The more you choose to be loving, patient and respectful of yourself, the more you attract those qualities from the world around you. Think of this process as tuning to your favorite music and being filled with the joy and happiness you feel when you hear your own music. This is the energy you want to create in your day to day life.
As you walk through times of change, remember the thing that never changes–the power of love.
